Hello! My name is Ryan Swadley I am the CEO and Founder of Paladin. Paladin is a 10 year old award winning web design company specializing in innovation and digital media. My background is in helping companies reinvent themselves through leveraging the power of the Internet and creating value-added strategic alliances. I was voted a Finalist for business professionals 40 and under in the top 10 of Indy's Best and Brightest in 2006 and 2007. In addition, I serve on the team for Indy's Intellectual Army. I am also the Vice-President of Skycrest Growth Accelerators a company that helps high-potential entrepreneurs commercialize products. I have a BS degree from Purdue University in Digital Media Communications.

Paladin has worked with and consulted with Fortune 500 to Fortune 1000 companies and have alliance partners that have worked with some of the world's most well known global brands.

Who is an ideal client for Paladin?

Our first, ideal client is a public relations, marketing or advertising agency. We work closely with these types of organizations to provide best in class web services and strategies to help them execute their marketing plans and integrate a digital or viral component to their campaigns.

Our second, ideal client is a company with at least 10 employees that is looking for a value added strategic partner for a business relationship and not just a vendor. They have a current marketing strategy, existing sales and a budget in place but are not currently getting the results they desire. Many of our clients have worked with at least 2 other companies before beginning a relationship with us.That being said, we have also worked with smaller organizations including non-profits to act as a strategic alliance partner to help them scale their infrastructure to grow with their needs.
