FAQ 1:
Who can benefit most from your services as a business coach?

1. A small business owner, in business at least several years, who is ready to put rocket boosters to their business.

2. An executive or manager at medium sized companies who:
A) just got promoted and needs help to ensure success in new position,
B) is approaching burn out and doesn't want to go there, or
C) wants to leave and go do something else, but is having trouble actually
doing it or wants help with the transition.

FAQ 2:
What kind of things do you work with your clients on?

I am a confidential, strategic thinking partner for business development, as well as leadership and management challenges, time management and productivity, goal setting, career advancement/change, and communications, as well as other areas that come up.

I help with challenges including overwhelm and burn out, sales slumps and marketing issues, employee underperformance and conflict, confusion about next steps, operational inefficiency, high employee turnover, and always putting out fires with no time to focus on longer term goals.

FAQ 3:
How does coaching work?

I coach over the phone with clients in Colorado, as well as 10 other states (currently) around the country. I offer two packages, one with bi-weekly 60 minute calls, the other with unlimited coaching, usually weekly, plus unlimited email support. With a three month initial commitment, you'll start getting great results, however, if at any time you are unhappy with my coaching and we can't turn it around, you, of course, do not have to continue. I believe in results, and the fact that most of my clients have been with me over a year testifies to the effectiveness of our coaching.

For business owners who are focused on rapid growth in their revenues and profits, I also offer intensive consulting that is based primarily on performance based contingency, i.e. you pay for results. Due to the intensive focus, I only work with three such clients at any one time. Please call for more information and availability.

Why should I consider working with a coach?

I'm not better at your particular business than you are. Is Tiger Wood's coach a better golfer than he is? If not, why does Tiger have a coach? I believe it's because even though Tiger is already very successful, he wants to be even more so, and he knows the value of having an objective person who is totally on his side, but who won't let him get away with things that won't help him reach his goals.

I am an expert on people and business processes. And just as Tiger has a coach, the most successful business owners and executives use a business or executive coach, or otherwise have great advisors and mentors they can tap on a regular basis as a confidential sounding board and thinking partner.
